I’m really interested in read your post about International Fans. Actually, we (international fans) are spreaded out all over the Globe. You can see it looking for ADAM LAMBERT at “GOOGLE MAP”. There are a lot of us there, in every continent, every country, every city, even some of us put ourselves on the sea because there were no more spaces for so much “ADAM’S IF”.

I too hope that Adam will now tell the media that he’s already talked about his personal life enough, and move the focus back to his music and his upcoming CD. I can’t wait to see him in concert! He is, without a doubt, a very special human being. So few people with that extraordinary combination of talent, poise, and charisma!

I have been linked to by posters on adamofficial. Matter of fact, my Breath of Fresh Air article received about 900 views from adamofficial alone. In the beginning I thought – perhaps – the official site moderators might happen upon my blog (I do have an account there, too, but dont post) by seeing it linked to and – pehaps – that might turn into something HOWEVER …. LMAO …. I agree it is kinda cheezy and not moderated AT ALL. (I saw a post there that said that when I was checking out what people said about me … lol).

Positive thought, though ….. like you said! Afterall, they DID update the homepage recently! Ya just never know …. )

Well we could always post a note on the “OFFICIAL ADAM LAMBERT” site! :0) He supposedly reads that as does Kris and the others that all have the “OFFICIAL…” sites set up for them by Sony (19 and RCA) it’s the one that I called “kinda cheesey”! Still is, mainly set for the teeney-bopper set..LOL. In any event, I practice positive intention and it works. Adam has mentioned in the past that he believes in it as well. You know how that goes… build it and they will come! It’s working for him right now!

O.M.G. You have no idea how many there are! Cruise around sometime when you have a few hours, they are climbing out of the woodwork like cockaroaches and as stated before me, not all are positive or supportive. That is one of the reasons why I love being here the most is because of the love, support and positive intention. I check out a few other sites but, as you already know.. this is the best for all the right reasons and I truly feel that at some point in time Adam will discover this site as positive energy works like a magnet, we will all be drawn together by the common thread of Adam.

First of all I would like to thank you for “the great article” (yes, it is an article) and be sure you are a “very good writer”.
I liked – “adam lambert americas breath of fresh air” – so much, that I could not let it go without few comments:

1) “A true testament to who you are as a person is to love unconditionally and not be judgmental. If you liked Adam’s voice before you learned all of this stuff then you should still enjoy and support him now. He hasn’t changed since the day you heard him sing a quip of “Bohemian Rhapsody.” He’s still the same person you went crazy for”.

Yes, I love him unconditionally. I love his voice, his interviews, his personality, his beauty, his confidence, his hungry of life. I love the way he looks (lovely eyes), he laughs, he smiles, he dances, he performs, etc…
I agree when you say he’s still the same: ADAM is the same sweet and adorable guy we saw at the very 1st time in the audience: Confident on Kara’s question: Are you the next idol? – I think so…I can sing! kissing Paula’s hand, playing with Randy and serious to Simon: I will surprise you!
I really love each part of him no matter what and I still loving him always and supporting and defending him forever

2) “Adam has a special something that makes people want to know him, be around him, enjoy him”.

Yes, he is like honeycomb! He is like a great book that you can’t stop to read – you know you have to finish but you won’t because it’s so good!!!

3) “People want to feel a connection. And we do. This is a testament to how great of a performer Adam really is – He sold us. He made connections with the audiences and we bought it. Lucky for him because that ability is what’s going to make him a superstar”.

Ability to be connected with the audience, in my opinion, this is the key to succeed. At this point I would like to draw a parallel between ADAM and ELVIS: ADAM has the same ability to be connected with his audiences that ELVIS had, the same charism, the same appeal, the same intimacy with his fans and those things make someone great and beloved.

4) “For now, after the Rolling Stone issue, I think he’s shared more than enough. There should be no more questions. He should offer no more answers. I’m not sure if divulging all of this information so early in his career is a good thing or a bad thing. Time will tell. By doing so people may have become overloaded with unprocessed information and simply crash. It also offers Adam, though, the opportunity to now move forward openly and freely, without speculation, and form a solid, committed fan base”.

I really agree with you. It is time to move on. From now on it must be all about his well succeed career. No more private life, sex and drugs information, no more details of anything that concerning only to ADAM. ADAM explained and revealed more than necessary to pleased and satisfy all curious people and all the curiosity about him. From now one we – his fans – must talk only about how great he is and how huge his international success will be in a very short time.

WoW, you have said it MUCH more fluently than I could ever have expressed yet we have similar thoughts.
For some time I have been seeking to live my life authentically and while in many ways I have succeeded, I have mostly hidden behind fear.
Adam Lambert is showing that compassion, originality, talent and above all honesty mixed with risk taking can succeed and that we should act with integrity and fly to our dreams.
I am ready for MUCH more Adam Lambert and also, hopefully, the great impact he will make on our culture. May we embrace each other and support despite our differences, it is the only way we can move forward. I am truly grateful for this AMAZING messenger!

Hard to predict how wild this “child” will get, but…. (1) It helps to achieve success later in life after you have done the homework (like for 17 years in Adam’s case) and after you have figured out some of your values and eccentricities. (2) It helps to have decent family, many friends, many past coworkers, a name brand, and a community behind you. (3) It helps to have both amazing talent and for it to be a reliable one. (4) It helps to have a great sense of humor. (5) It helps to be adaptable and flexible, and to see things from many different viewpoints. (6) It helps to have a record of good manners, giving back, and not back stabbing. (7) It helps to reject addictive drugs. (8) It helps to be very very selective about potential life partners. (8) It helps to have some fundamental humility and sensitivity to others. (9) It helps to have good business sense. (10) It helps to have critical artistic judgment in spades–this is the thing I find most amazing about Adam.

On the other hand…. (1) Paparazzi go to bizarre lengths nowadays. (2) The rest of California is still catching up with Hollywood in the acceptance of gay culture. (3) The rest of the country lingers far behind California. (4) These are bizarre times with people under external and internal stress. (5) Adam’s costumes and performances can be a bit self-indulgent and dive into the deep end.

Ok, Adam has said what everyone wanted him to say, “I’m gay”. I hope we can all move on now. I just pray Adam gets to do the album he wants and not some rushed piece of rubbish just so the record company can cash in on his popularity. Adam is a great talent and I like, “1dognut” which to see him perform live. But unlike “1dognut” I don’t I have the constitution to sit through 8 other AI contestants.(Allison Iraheta and Adam yes….the rest, NO THANKS).

Keep up the great work with the blog. We the Glamberts cannot get enough of the modern day rock god!!!

As a huge 40 something fan of Adam’s I thnk you for such an eloquent and well written piece on a very lovely and talented young man who has a huge ride to Superstardom ahead of him. I know I speak for many many fans who don’t care what his sexual orientation is they just love the man he is and the talent he shares with us. I think his choice to divulge all he did was a very smart move because now as you say the media can’t dig up any so called dirt about him because he’s covered pretty well all the bases of shock value in what he’s experimanted with etc. He is in control and that’s how it should be. I can’t imagine how he handles the new public life he has been thrust into. Paparazzi want to get pictures of him, the media want to interview him his life will never be the same. I think he can handle it he has a very strong family base to lean on if he needs it and he is very close with his Mom so she will help him stay grounded I’m sure. I look forward to his cd release in the Fall It’s going to be huge! Adam has also changed the face of American Idol forever that in itself is a big accomplishment.

great post! I think you’ve captured a lot of what has captured many of us. Just to add a few things .. I love how Adam always mentioned the band and the other musicians after his performances. I love how he has been supportive of the other contestants. I love so many things he says about the role of arts in kids lives. He’s got so much to offer PLUS he sings like nobody else!

I truly LOVE this young man (I’m 72) and couldn’t be prouder of him if he was one of my grandsons. He has an inner quality that shines through every time he speaks. He has been in my prayers ever since all the haters started bashing him. BTW I NEVER watch 20/20. I only tuned in because he was on just to see his SMILE. Thanx again for this site.
